How & When Do I Get Paid

On the 15th of every month, our accounting department begins the process of paying bills. This gives enough time for the tenant’s rental funds to clear the bank. Once all the funds are received and bills are paid, owner statements and payments will go out. This typically occurs between the 17th and 23rd. Holidays and weekends can alter this schedule slightly. Your funds will be automatically deposited via ACH. If you wish to receive a mailed paper statement and check, there is an administration fee of $10.00 per month. Every year we will send out your 1099 and year-end statements by January 31st.

In your owner portal you can find all the important documents dealing with your rental property. This includes your monthly statements, 1099, year-end statements, transaction history, management documents, and tenant lease. You can also make contributions to your owner account as necessary for major repairs or reconciling your owner reserves (which should always be at $300.00).
