New Owner Paperwork
Congratulations on becoming a new Mainlander owner! We appreciate your trust in us and will work hard to keep your home safe and you happy. Below are a few forms that need to be filled out to get started. You can rest easy knowing that each document is encrypted and can be validated through a trusted third-party certificate authority. Once each form is completed by all parties, a copy will be emailed to you for your records.

Management Forms
Please fill out the above management agreement. You can view the current rate sheet that goes over our pricing structure on our owner resource center. Please note: the specific fees that apply to your property are detailed on the bookkeeping form.
The management form packet includes the termination of agreement addendum, rent reduction addendum, insurance form, lead based paint disclosure, and the utility service authorization form.
Quick completion of the W-9 and ACH will help us set up your owner portal for payments and communication.
The bookkeeping form covers your insurance information, emergency contact, and communication preferences as well as the fees associated with your rental property.
The property information questionnaire will help provide all the details we need to know to market and manage your property. Expect it to take 15-30 minutes to complete.
The pet damage guarantee outlines the coverage we provide should there be any pet-related damage exceeding the security deposit when a tenant vacates your home.
Utility Authorization Forms
Some cities or utility companies require different forms to authorize service in-between tenants. Please fill out all applicable authorization forms for your rental property. If you have a question about which forms to use for your property, please contact angie.reinhart@mainlander.com.
